The website located at www.finexplore360.com (the "Site") is operated by Finexplore360, LLC ("Company," "we," "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your company.

Fintech users may create profiles including company info, logos, solutions offered, and contact details. Premium features include priority listing and enhanced visibility.
Finexplore360 does not verify fintech profile content. Banks are responsible for performing their own due diligence.
Any feedback you provide about the Site may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
The Site may link to third-party websites or display advertisements. We are not responsible for any third-party content, and your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, security, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Finexplore360, LLC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, for any reason. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.
Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. You may opt out within 30 days of first using the Site by sending written notice to info@finexplore360.com.
All disputes must be brought individually. Class, collective, or representative actions are waived.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
